    Level-up your line

    The sole purpose of the high speed SMT modular placement system ii-A2 is to bring balance to the SMT assembly line. Equipped with a pair of high-speed Pulsar pipette heads, this machine acts as a chipshooter to take on the workload from other Europlacer machines in the line.

    High speed SMT placement

    The high speed smt placement machine ii-A4 is certainly all about raw performance. It deploys four independent gantries, each supports a single Pulsar pipette head. ii-A4 pushes placement speeds into six-figure territory for devices from 01005 profiles up to 13mm x 13mm dimensions. Intelligent placement routines that include fully-optimised pick-to-place head trajectories and patented automatic board stop positioning drive placement speeds up to 104,000cph, yet maintain Europlacer’s acclaimed accuracy.

    Flexible high speed placement

    ii-A3 deploys a pair of the new high-speed Pulsar heads, each on an independent axis, and adds proven Tornado turret technology that makes iineo+ the industry’s most flexible SMT placement machine. That Tornado head is on its own axis and is specified with eight nozzles. With those three heads working together, and placement optimised by our latest software, Atom 3 achieves rates up to 65,000 components per hour for devices from 01005 profile to 99mm². It is Europlacer’s most flexible machine ever.

    Feeder for matrix trays

    The auto tray loader (sequencer) is a vertical feeder storing up to 30 trays. Thanks to the large replenishment door, trays can be replenished during use,  without halting production.

    Szero1 is a component storage cabinet specifically designed for ‘odd form' component storage. It is ideal for large reels (over 40mm width), PCBs, sticks, matrix trays, PTH components, tools, squeegees, stencils, etc.

    SzeroPCB is a dry cabinet for PCBs that offers a controlled Relative Humidity environment of less than five percent. This cabinet complements the Lzero3 Automatic Storage Cabinet and is directly controlled by the WMS software of the Lzero3.
  • Stock management makes it possible to trace all parts used on the pick and place machines or within the shop floor environment.

    The EP1550 printer handles boards up to 61″ (1550mm) long and 22″ (560mm) wide. EP1220 handles boards up to 48″ (1220mm) long and 20″ (508mm) wide. Both are ideal for LED lighting applications. Both long board printers deliver print accuracy to 12.5µm at 6-sigma and use four fiducials to optimise alignment, paralleling the repeatability performance of our EP700AVi platforms.
