I have owned Europlacer equipment for 8 years and have had virtually NO downtime.

With the integrated electrical test feature, we feel we have the best in technology.

The machine requires no service and has run flawlessly since I purchased it over five years ago.

We are low volume, high mix. With this equipment we can change over in minutes run 10 pieces, switch back and keep running a 10,000 piece order. This happens all day long. There feeder technology is made for easy set up.

We are pleased with the machines and we really like Europlacer’s dedication to service and support. We sold our two My-12s and one Assembleon. I have had the opportunity to operate, program, supervise, and purchase a variety of SMT placement machines including 9 Mydatas, 6 Quad System, 6 Europlacers, I Mirae, and 1 Assemlbleon over the course of 20 years. Although heavily invested in Mydata, after reviewing the latest Europlacer platform I purchased our first iineo-II. I now have three of the iineo-IIs in two different plants and I am pleased with their performance.

My criteria of machine selection was complex, however it all came down to four basic parameters, trust, cost, performance, and quality. Our processes are measured by end of the day throughput and quality.
